What You'll Do

Build and maintain scalable backend services in Python
Design, develop and deploy LLM-powered applications for real users
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Develop APIs, integrations, background jobs, and data-processing pipelines
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy
Collaborate with a small, highly motivated team in a fast-paced environment
Help shape both the product and the future growth of the company

What Matters Most to Us

3+ years of professional backend development experience
Strong Python skills with production systems running at scale
Experience with databases, APIs, background processing, and cloud environments
Proven experience deploying LLMs into production for real users, not just prototypes
Fluent German and English
Authorized to work in Switzerland
Comfortable interacting directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership

Nice to Have

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Microsoft Azure experience
Document processing and OCR solutions
Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and modern GenAI frameworks
Startup or scale-up experience
