Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors.

Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet changing requirements.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Resolve issues promptly to minimise impact on timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate effectively with senior leadership and project sponsors.

Provide regular status updates and manage expectations.

Budget & Resource Control:

Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

Optimise resource utilisation across multiple projects.

Governance & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
English fluently + any other European language (German, Italian, Spanish or French preferred)
Experience in an international working environment
Ideally focus on IT project within the financial industry or automotive industry

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile PM.

Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, including large-scale projects
