What’s the Job?
As a fast-growth business, we understand the need to put our people first and the role can grow to be as large as the person is capable of. Initially, the individual will be hands-on Internal Recruitment and head-hunter. This is a grassroots opportunity for the individual to make their own and that starts with Mapping and engaging the market. But, as the role evolves, they will need to be capable of taking on more in helping to define the Employer brand further- working with Regional MDs, Marketing, and Head of People to build this out. They will then help build out and embed the processes and procedures for attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding these staff members.
Until this point, we have done this well, but it is lacking uniformity and therefore excellence. This role offers the chance to build a best-in-class scalable and sustainable Internal Recruitment team in a fast-growth organisation that could be career-defining within the industry. We are looking for A USA-based individual to take on a similar role for the US offices and you would work closely in line with this person.
