SGI are searching for a UK & Europe Talent Acquisition Manager to join our award-winning team. What’s the Job?

As a fast-growth business, we understand the need to put our people first and the role can grow to be as large as the person is capable of. Initially, the individual will be hands-on Internal Recruitment and head-hunter. This is a grassroots opportunity for the individual to make their own and that starts with Mapping and engaging the market. But, as the role evolves, they will need to be capable of taking on more in helping to define the Employer brand further- working with Regional MDs, Marketing, and Head of People to build this out. They will then help build out and embed the processes and procedures for attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding these staff members.

Until this point, we have done this well, but it is lacking uniformity and therefore excellence. This role offers the chance to build a best-in-class scalable and sustainable Internal Recruitment team in a fast-growth organisation that could be career-defining within the industry. We are looking for A USA-based individual to take on a similar role for the US offices and you would work closely in line with this person.

 What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record of hiring talent of both a Junior and Senior level
  • Ideally from the Recruitment industry with some form of network in place or from a comparable sale focused industry.
  • Very strong stakeholder management skills as they will be managing three offices requirements and will need to work to focused and constantly updating priorities.
  • Looking for a fast-paced environment to grow within – the individual should be looking for long term career trajectory, a smaller company at this stage poses certain challenge but also offers huge opportunity for development and seniority.
  • Has the potential to build a team and the skills to add their own insights into EVP and process design.
  • Ideally 2-3 yrs in this space some team lead experience would be beneficial.
  • Willing to work with International management and is self-sufficient dealing well with taking accountability.
