Are you a Project Manager with experience of working on SAP integrations?

Our client is facilitating an SAP S/4 HANA integration for their end client. To increase the efficiency and optimise their business processes they are changing to a new ERP-system. You will support a team of 15 consultants and lead them on an SAP S/4 HANA integration.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the team on the SAP S/4 HANA integration with a focus on quality, productivity and consistency
· Provide direction and managing the resources assigned to the project
· Provide a framework for project planning
· Work with the business to determine functional requirements
· Apply techniques to improve productivity and efficiency, reduce risk, solve problems
· Keep a current understanding of the team's progress and issues
· Identify and supervise critical path activities and solve problems
· Collaborate with the business and external shareholders
· Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures
· Communicate a clear vision of the project objectives and motivate the team to reach them

Who are you?
· Experience with an SAP S/4 HANA integration (or other SAP integrations)
· Extensive experience as a Project Manager
· Experience in Project Management methodologies
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent in Dutch and English
· A self-starter
