Senior Expert – Enterprise Information Lifecycle Management (EILM)

Role Summary

Senior hands-on expert supporting an enterprise initiative to define and implement an Enterprise Information Lifecycle Management (EILM) framework, including operating model, governance and high-level architecture in a regulated environment (GxP).

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end information lifecycle model (create ? use ? retain ? archive ? delete)
• Design target operating model including governance, roles and responsibilities
• Define architecture principles for archiving, content management, and data retention
• Support application retirement and legacy system decommissioning
• Ensure alignment with compliance, audit and regulatory (GxP) requirements
• Contribute to RFP preparation and vendor evaluation approach

Required Experience

• 10+ years in enterprise archiving, data retention or records management
• Proven experience in application retirement / SAP archiving initiatives
• Strong understanding of information lifecycle management concepts
• Experience in regulated environments (Pharma / GxP preferred)

Technical Knowledge

• SAP archiving (preferred)
• Enterprise archiving tools (e.g. OpenText, Solix or similar)
• Content management systems (e.g. SharePoint, DMS)
• Data retention, legal hold and compliance requirements
