Your Responsibilities
- Define and drive the software architecture across complex, multi-layered systems
- Lead and coordinate development activities across internal teams and external partners
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and a high-quality user experience
- Oversee integration across embedded software, DSP, hardware, streaming platforms, apps, and cloud services
- Guide technical decision-making and validate architectural choices through to industrialisation
- Establish robust development practices, including CI/CD and validation processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, acoustics, product, industrialization)
Required Profile
- 10 years of experience in embedded software engineering
- Strong background in multimedia systems
- Deep expertise in embedded Linux and real-time architectures
- Proven ability to design end-to-end platforms across hardware and software layers
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
