If so, we're looking for you to join our dynamic Operations & Facilities team in Koblenz, Germany! You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Here's what you'll do:
  • Manage our Koblenz office space and company vehicles efficiently.
  • Streamline administrative processes to keep things organized.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as a liaison, coordinating between internal teams, suppliers, and technicians.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Become the go-to person for cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
  • Handle procurement of goods and services, from sourcing and quotes to order placement and delivery tracking.
Occasional travel to other German locations may be required.
To succeed, you'll need:
  • At least 3 years of experience in office or facility coordination.
  • Strong negotiation skills to get the best deals.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English for seamless communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage data effectively.
  • A passion for making a difference in a rapidly changing industry.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
