PeopleSoft HCM Expert - Freelance

Source Group are currently working alongside an International Bank who are looking to hire a Freelance PeopleSoft HCM Expert for a long term contract based in Switzerland.

This would be a project-based role, and the main scope would be to run specific activities related to system integration with Workday. The role is hands-on, and will also cover activities such as development, configurations, bug fix, productive support and enhancements, interface design. Please note that the PeopleSoft HCM Expert should have a strong knowledge of Global Payroll.

We are looking for a Senior profile in expertise and experience using PeopleSoft HCM platform, with a very good understanding of how the systems works, but also able to run development activities when needed. We need a hands-on person, with a self-starter mindset and a quick learner.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for end users. - Design and develop features using commonly used concepts and practices.
• Collaborate with other developers/analysts through pair programming, code reviews and design discussion sessions.
• Deliver high quality results in a complex environment and under high pressure.

Must haves:

• Expert technical knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM and technical knowledge of Global Payroll
• High level of proficiency in use of PeopleSofttoolset (8.59+) including Application Designer (Fluid experience desirable), PeopleCode, Application Engine, XML Publisher, Workflow, Application Messaging, SQR
• Experience in interface design and support (web services, QAS etc.)
