Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Intercompany Expert to support a strategic project focused on the optimization and redesign of intercompany processes within a complex enterprise environment.

The role will play a key part in improving and harmonizing end-to-end intercompany flows across multiple business areas, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize SAP intercompany business processes across the enterprise landscape
• Support end-to-end process improvements between company codes and business units
• Work on intercompany scenarios across:
  • Sales (Order-to-Cash intercompany flows)
  • Procurement (Procure-to-Pay intercompany processes)
  • Demand & fulfillment coordination
  • Production planning in intercompany environments
• Contribute to the design and optimization of SAP-enabled process architecture
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define best practices and improvements
• Identify process gaps and propose scalable SAP solutions
• Support advisory and design activities (no primary implementation responsibility)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in SAP Intercompany processes
• Senior-level experience in complex SAP environments
• Solid knowledge of at least two of the following:
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • SAP MM (Materials Management / Procurement)
  • SAP PP (Production Planning)
  • Cross-company code integration scenarios
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and financial flows in SAP
• Experience in large-scale, multi-entity organizations
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in advisory and design-focused roles

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Exposure to international transformation projects
• Italian language skills (beneficial but not mandatory)

Engagement Details

• Seniority level: Senior
• Start date: 01.08.2026
• End date: 31.10.2026 (with possible extension)
• Workload: 60% (part-time)
• Working model: Remote, with 1 initial onsite day
• Location: To be confirmed (onboarding day onsite required)
• Language: English required, Italian is a plus
• Scope: Advisory / design-focused (no primary implementation role)

The expert will contribute primarily in a design and advisory capacity, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
