SAP S/4HANA TM Consultant (Interfaces & EWM) – 100% | Romania / Hybrid

Important: Due to project requirements, only consultants currently based in Romania will be considered for this position. Applications from candidates located outside Romania cannot be considered.

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join an international SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project within a complex enterprise environment, collaborating with international stakeholders and supporting logistics integration across multiple SAP landscapes.

Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)
Travel: Approximately one trip per month to Vienna, Austria

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
• Analyse, develop and optimise interfaces between SAP TM and integrated business applications.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics processes.
• Support integration between SAP TM, SAP EWM and other SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Participate in workshops, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live activities and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure stable integration across systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support continuous improvements across the SAP Supply Chain landscape.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM).
• Strong experience designing and supporting SAP TM interfaces and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
• Experience working on international SAP implementation, rollout or transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Knowledge of additional SAP Supply Chain modules.
• Experience within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Previous experience working in multinational enterprise environments.
