Job Description
Location: Zurich & Bern, Switzerland (Candidate MUST live in Switzerland)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Until February 2027
Workload: 80–100%
Working Arrangement: Primarily onsite with limited remote flexibility
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
- Define and drive the SAP blueprint for the integration of multiple companies into a unified SAP ERP environment.
- Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and internal IT teams.
- Ensure effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of SAP Project Management experience.
- Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong functional understanding of SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO).
- Experience within SAP Sales & Logistics is advantageous.
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Switzerland.
- Willingness to work onsite for the majority of the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the Swiss Public Sector.
- PMP and/or SAP Activate certification.
- French language skills.
