Work model: 100% onsite (relocation only to Vienna where applicable)
About the role We are looking for two experienced SAP Solution Architects to strengthen an international Business Applications team within a regulated manufacturing environment. The focus is on end-to-end SAP logistics and warehouse management solutions as well as SAP WM/MM processes.
You will play a key role in shaping and evolving a complex SAP landscape across multiple sites, contributing to both strategic design and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities SAP WM/MM Architect
- Lead and support SAP WM/MM initiatives across multiple business units
- Drive harmonization of logistics and procurement processes within a global SAP landscape
- Design and implement technical and functional SAP improvements in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Coordinate key users, functional teams, and external SAP partners
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives and change requests in daily operations
- Ensure smooth integration across SAP on-premise and cloud-based solutions
- Own end-to-end solution design for SAP logistics processes (SD, LE-TRA, Transportation Management)
- Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects in sales and distribution and transportation areas
- Collaborate with business process owners and super users to define scalable solutions
- Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Oversee external consultants and ensure quality delivery of solutions
- Act as first point of contact for logistics-related system support and optimization
- 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or SAP solution architecture
- Strong expertise in either SAP WM/MM or SAP SD / TM / LE-TRA
- Experience in SAP implementation and support environments
- Familiarity with complex, international SAP landscapes (on-premise and cloud)
- Experience working with business stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English required, German is a plus
