About the Role For our client, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the development and operation of critical Operational Risk (OpRisk) applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
This position is part of a collaborative, agile environment focused on the continuous enhancement of an existing risk management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Operational Risk applications
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and enhance ServiceNow-based applications and workflows
Support the operation and continuous improvement of existing systems
Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and nearshore teams
Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and security standards
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical decision-making
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer (not only an end-user or administrator)
Proven expertise in:
ServiceNow GRC
IRM
BCM
TPRM
Good knowledge of:
Linux
PL/SQL
Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a related technical discipline
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or strong interest in Operational Risk Management (OpRisk)
Experience working in regulated industries, banking, or financial services
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
