Job Description
Some remote work may be offered, but the client does require on-site presence also.
You would ideally be able to commute or work in Cologne, with remote working options potentially available after a period on-site.
This is a FREELANCE role paying on an hourly rate.
Client are looking to pay in the region of €40-45+ per hour.
STARTS ASAP
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- Logging, Prioritizing, updating and resolving tickets to meet SLA's
- Provide out of hours support
- Purchasing, Installation and support of all computers and printers.
- Installation, support and update of all standard tested software
- Creating, Managing and updating users and Access groups in Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 7 support.
- Knowledge of windows system management software ( e.g. Microsoft SCCM )
- Good Knowledge of handling service requests and incidents via Ticketing system.
- Creating and Managing users, distribution groups and shared mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange and office 365.
- Maintain all assets in the Asset Management system.
- Hardware setup and disassembling.
- Knowledge of Mobile device management system.
-Ideally knowledge of German Language would be a plus
