I am a dedicated, passionate and honest specialist recruiter based in Manhattan New York. I started my career in Digital Marketing recruitment, and moved into Design, Data Engineering, Tech, Product and now I am specializing in Cyber Security which I absolutely love!
The dynamic mix of markets I have worked across, including perm and contract, puts me at advantage when mapping out businesses, better understanding of resourcing needs and how to service them for my clients.
I have experience leading teams in recruitment and being a natural self-starter, I thrive working solo and being the master of my destiny!
I pride myself on making long lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. I am always consultative, whilst taking care when helping people when they are making key decisions regarding their career.
I believe that relationships are sealed with meetings (and results of course). Therefore, I take the time to meet with the candidates and clients I represent where possible. This approach means I can better understand motivators and requirements outside of a Job Spec or CV.
